At Timory, every creation tells a story. Because most of our products and services are made or prepared specially for you, our refund policy reflects the nature of handcrafted and personalized work.


🔁 Workshop Bookings

  • Non-Refundable: All workshop bookings are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: Allowed once, with at least 3 days' notice.

  • No-Shows or Late Arrivals: May result in forfeited session or shortened experience.


🎁 Customized Products

(Includes engraved jewelry, preserved floral frames, cream glue art, etc.)

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable once order is confirmed and production begins.

  • Order Edits: Requests for changes must be made within 12 hours of order placement.


🛍️ Non-Custom Products

  • Refunds/exchanges accepted only if the product is:

    • Damaged upon arrival,

    • Proven defective,

    • Incorrectly sent.

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.

  • Returns must be unused and sent back within 7 working days of approval.


🤝 Event Collaborations / Corporate Bookings

  • Custom packages, once confirmed with deposit, are non-refundable.

  • Postponement is allowed only with at least 7 working days’ notice, subject to date availability.

  • Final payment is due 3 working days before the event date.

  • In the rare event we must cancel (e.g. force majeure), we will issue a full refund or provide a reschedule option.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return costs are borne by the customer unless it is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping option for returns.


💳 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
